Problem Management and Effective Education Based on TRIZWe are happy to let you know that our new course on the Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ) has been included in the Comenius/Grundtvig catalogue of the European Commission. This means that if you come from a country participating in the EU educational programmes you can receive a grant to cover your participation in the course by applying to your national agency. However, the participation is not limited to the EU countries and you are more than welcome wherever in the world you are based. The course we would like to offer you is called Problem Management and Effective Education based on TRIZ. The course will take place in Jurmala, a famous sea resort 25 km away from Riga, the capital of Latvia.

- Provide the participants with tools and ideas for improving their current approaches to problem solving and probem management.
Who should attend: - Teachers & teacher trainers.
- Policy makers & educational administrators.
- Professionals interested in improving their problem solving, creativity and problem management.
Course contents: - Main models of TRIZ are introduced in the context of practical problem solving done by the participants.
- TRIZ based classes for the participants to demonstrate educational application of TRIZ.
- TRIZ is used throughout the course to solve practical problems of the participants.
